The Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG extended in today’s board meeting the mandates of CEO Ernst Vejdovszky and Friedrich Wachernig until 30 June 2021.

Ernst Vejdovszky has been a Member of the Board since the foundation of Sparkassen Immobilien AG – the precursor of nowadays S IMMO AG – and the CEO from 2013 on. Besides other divisions, he is responsible for finance and acquisitions as well as for the German market.

Friedrich Wachernig has been on the S IMMO AG Management Board since 2007 and is among other departments in charge of project development, asset management in Austria and CEE as well as human resources.
