Management Board mandate of Herwig Teufelsdorfer extended ahead of schedule

At its meeting yesterday, the Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG prematurely extended the mandate of Management Board member Herwig Teufelsdorfer until 31 December 2025.

Herwig Teufelsdorfer has been a member of the Management Board of S IMMO AG since April 2021 and is responsible for Controlling & Finance, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, Legal, Audit, Investments, Organisation and IT, Digitalisation, ESG and the German market.

Karin Rest, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, comments: "After the Management Board of S IMMO AG underwent a number of changes in recent weeks, it was all the more important to us to send a clear signal of continuity and stability by extending this mandate. Herwig Teufelsdorfer has made a significant contribution to the company's successes since his appointment to the Management Board, and the Supervisory Board is convinced that S IMMO will continue to benefit from his many years of expertise in the future."
